It’s never going to be over, I realize it now. Barack Obama’s address to the nation and the world last night, its poignant message, convinced me once and for all, war and killing for the sake of profit will never end. Just a few months withdrawn from Afghanistan, America is engaged aggressively at more hot spots around the globe than at any time since the height of the Cold War. A bankrupt America, with an embittered public, is now being driven to its own end. Can we ask ourselves now; “Who are the real American patriots?”
These are strong words my fellow Americans. And yes, I address only you this time. Make no mistake though, no other posting, among the tens of thousands I’ve written, has ever been so important. The causal reader passing by, or the indemnified troll intent on decrying anything anti-establishment, they may say; “Who the hell are you?” Well, I’m an American, that is all I have to say.
Congressman Ron Paul’s Institute for Peace and Prosperity on Facebook has often caught my eye these last months. The former presidential candidate stands starkly alone sometimes, calling for moderation, peace, and a return to American traditional values. But today, especially today, his idealistic rhetoric becomes more than campaign gibberish like that which we’ve grown accustomed to. Bear with me on that, consider all that has happened just in 2014, and watch an American president try and lead us into the cauldron of world conflict once again.
Listen to the words, watch the hand gestures, remember every time you’ve ever seen this man give an address. There’s something missing, and you already know what it is. The truth.
“He doesn’t have the truth in him,” this is what my Mom would say if she were still alive. Her grandfathers, fathers, brothers and sons went to war too, only in times of utter desperation. Us southern boys, you see, we grew up playing war. Omaha Beach, Iwo Jima, Gettysburg and Shiloh, those were fantasy and real playgrounds for “shoot-em-up” kids games. And later, places like Cambodia and Vietnam, Lebanon, or Mogadishu were the real world places. Excuse the illusion there, but we have to come into touch with who we are as Americans. And we have to do it NOW.
This man, the people who stand behind him, control him, strategize for him (for he is no strategists they would have you believe our enemies gallivant about the globe like ghosts. We’ve chased Al Quada from Yemen, to Mozambique, through Tunisia, over to Libya, under every rock and hard place you can name. Obama tells us America is “safer” today because of all these over and covert actions, but we are NOT. How can you tell? Because we have more enemies, not less, that’s how. NATO and the military institution that Obama represents, now they’d lead you and me into war with Russia, China, any people living on top of resources or property of any value. Idealogies have nothing to do with all this, money and power are the only variables that matter in our current state. Obama and the so-called “Neocons” – they created ISIL, in effect. You’ve all read this. Obama and the Washington-London cohort, they engaged Russia, they condone and arm Israel to exterminate Palestinians, they usurp your God given, constitutionally guaranteed freedom and rights – we are led by a money machine.
You all read that too. But Obama’s gang, they’d have you believe it’s some mystical conspiracy, the idea the 1% rule you. Who rules you though, really now? Admit it.
Ukraine was always Russia’s. Palestine belonged to the Palestinian. Iraq and the Middle East, belong to the Arabs, the Persians, and NOT to America. What “interests” are we defending there? Oil, strategy, safety? We are not safer, we are in imminent danger worse than any invasion my friends. Why we cannot even recognize the truth any more, but I’ll tell you, a truthful rant is more meaningful right now than any Obama bullshit. Watch this video, feel the reality of frustration, goodness, caring, this Brit (he may be Australian) is more American than most Americans are today…
Now that rant contains more truth, caring, civil responsibility than ANY politician bullshit you’ve heard in the last 40 years. Gaza is hammered into rubble and blood. We must ask yourselves WTF is going on here people! From Ukraine I get 100 images a day of dead babies, Moms, Dads, and homes smashed to indescribably piles of rubble. Every day I get 200 images of Palestinian kids wandering without parents, arms and legs blown off, babies with shrapnel wounds! And I question in my mind; “Where are the Israeli babies dead, where are the Kiev children homeless?” If America is under attack, if Israel is the defender in all this, where the hell are the dead American children? Where are our casualties? We are not the ones dying here people?
Just how chicken shit have we become? We’ve been scared to death of our shadows by a bunch of tight suits and bulging bellies. Americans have been buffaloed and bamboozled into believing the mightiest nation in the world is in danger from some poor, desperate vagabonds, vagabonds our own government armed and trained. A nuclear power capable of Armageddon in a push of the button, brought to its idealogical knees by a wave of a hand — POOF! Be afraid you chicken shit Walmart shoppers.
THAT, is who Obama and the John Kerry’s of the world really think you are. Americans are chicken shit idiots scared of their own shadow, or worse still, so lazy and greedy they’ll sit on their asses and watch someone else die to save their weekend. Make the BBQ safe for posterity oh you volunteer, combat ready, brave of the land of the brave.
Well, that’s your tough love for this week America. So now what? Let some more mother’s sons go battle in the deserts of nowhere. Obama will find you some more McDonald’s jobs tomorrow, he promises. And don’t worry about Putin, he’s going to be “sanctioned” until the world drops the dollar bill as a currency. Oh until all Europe tells America to FO. Hey, we can build a new Iron Curtain! But who will be on the inside, and who on the outside?
People, Obama is the most dangerous leader since Adolph Hitler, and Hillary Clinton calls Putin Hitler? These people started wars on three continents in the last 20 years! Russia started 0. China started 0. Cuba, Venezuela, Nicaragua, Tunisia, Iraq, North Korea, they started NONE. By the way, who builds and sells the most and the most expensive weapons in the world? Who barters the most energy? Who consumes the most of everything on our world?
Who is Obama making the bad guys out of? Who are we? What are we? How Goddamned stupid are we? “What kind of lunatics?” he said.
