Sometime next year the world can expect an announcement that goes something like this. “The JIT has determined that Malaysian Airlines Flight MH17 was, as was originally suspected, downed by a BUK missile fired from rebels in east Ukraine. It is further determined that the rebels mistook the passenger liner for a military aircraft.”
That will be the end of a NATO fantasy conclusion, a justification for all the killing that has gone on perpetrated by the west.
From the outset there has been some chaos involved in determining just who should be involved in this investigation. Early on entities like The European Union’s Judicial Cooperation Unit (Eurojust), Interpol, and as many as 12 countries participated. Back in July the role of the Joint Investigation Team (JIT) was supposed to be the forensic side of the investigation. Today many are questioning why Malaysia has been cordoned off from this crucial investigation. Malaysian scholar Dr Chandra Muzaffar told the Centre for Research on Globalisation:
“One can understand why Ukraine is in the team since that is where the plane was shot from the sky. We can understand the Netherlands’s membership of the JIT since the flight originated from Amsterdam. But why is Belgium in the JIT? Is it because Brussels is the administrative capital of the European Union and the EU may have some aviation responsibilities over commercial flights in the continent? If that is the case, then it is the EU, not Belgium, which should have a place in the team.”

43 Malaysians were on board flight MH17, the plane belonged to Malaysian Airlines, and more importantly Malaysia represents the only unbiased presence in the investigation process so far. Dr. Mohamed Harridon, associate professor in research and aviation at Kuala Lumpur University,, told Russia Today he thought Malaysia’s neutral stance may have been the reason for his country’s exclusion from the process.
The meaning seems crystal clear for anyone who’s followed this disaster. Given that the Kiev regime is a prime suspect in the shooting down of MH17, it is highly unusual for the country that lost the second most passengers, and the aircraft and crew, to be banned from examining the evidence now in the hands of the JIT. Russia has not say, Malaysia has no say, and only the puppet governments of a finger pointing US administration and NATO are in on the most vital criminal investigation of this new century.
This is an outrage.
The Dutch Security Council announced Friday that the task of collecting the Boeing 777 wreckage in eastern Ukraine had been completed. Now that all the evidence is firmly in the hands of NATO officials, and of course the probably perpetrators, who among us expects anything but pro-Russian separatists implicated?

I’ve contacted a good many key people in the investigative chain on MH17 from the SMM lead of the OSCE (Michael Bociurkiw who’s never once responded) in Ukraine to Dutch PM Pieter Omtzigt (above left – whom I’ve just emailed this morning), it’s time we get some answers on where the real investigation is. Has the Russian military been consulted for their satellite and other intelligence? Where is the United States satellite or other intel? How about Britain, Germany, and other parties which pointed the finger at Russia from the onset?
Excluding the only clearly unbiased country from the forensics? With the lies we’ve had from western leadership these last dozen years, if this stands we’ll never know the truth if MH17. It’s interesting to note here that Dutch Security and Justice Minister Ivo Opstelten (at right) was at a farewell ceremony for the victims of the Malaysia Airlines flight MH17 in Kharkiv east Ukraine only Friday. Theso-called commander of the combat unit of the joint investigation team probing the MH17 crash, Hans van de Ven, was there as well.
Unless the citizens of the world demand a fair and impartial PUBLIC investigation now, the people responsible for taking all these lives will never truly be revealed. It is clear for most people now, a BUK SA- 11 was not involved in the MH17 tragedy, but the proof is in the forensics and the up until now unseen military intelligence.
