In the Laurel and Hardy world of United States foreign relations these days we’ve come to expect anything. A press release from the US State Department the other day warned us of more slapstick detente horrors from none other than Victoria “trailer park” Nuland, America’s assistant secretary of gutter talk.
I hope you’ll forgive the bombastic nature of my intro, but whoever allowed this person to keep her job after her “Fuck the EU” and other insults, they failed the American people. Now, having done her part to kill a few thousand civilians in Eastern Ukraine, and to render a million or so homeless, the Obama administration sees fit to send her to other Russian border lands? Jesus H. Christ, the situation in the world is worse than any of us thought!
Nuland travelled to three countries that border Russia as a poke in the nose at Vladimir Putin and Russia, this is no secret. While BBC and other mainstream media make a big deal our of Russian bombers flying about, the United States is engaged in straight up destabilizing the borderlands surrounding Russia. And we put up with it. The disconnect has to be complete in between the American public and reality. This is all I can figure.

Sending urchins to double deal with Baku, Tbilisi, and Yerevan, Washington is really in all our war mode versus Russia. I made the point the other day that Washington’s “think tanks” are at if enforcing the so-called “Arc of Crisis,” and a Joe Biden disciple even had the gall to engage me over the relative innocence of the Obama administration. Point here being, these people are downright despicable. But I’ll blow the whistle on infiltrators another day. This arc of instability the Obama administration has set as their coarse of international action, it’s well documented and deadly.
To be more clear on Nuland’s missions here, let me quote from the GeoCurrents article entitled; “Is There an Arc of Instability?”
“The basic patterns of the map are clear, however. Geopolitical instability is concentrated in a zone stretching from Central Africa through North Africa and the Middle East and extending into the former Soviet region.”

Right here it’s important to ask the question of Americans and even the United Nations; “What if you knew the government of the United States had declared war on Russia?” Make no mistake, this is exactly where we are. And now maybe the reader will understand by bombastic and ultra critical tone versus Ms. Nuland. Wherever the woman goes, death and chaos seems to follow. But don’t take my word, research the information provided by Thomas Barnett, a senior military analyst with the U.S. Naval War College in his book “The Pentagon’s New Map.” In this important book Barnett outlines the kind of war I am talking about on Russia, a war where the success of the new American order is accomplished via strategy comprised of what he terms as “everything else” or the use of demographics, energy, investment, security, politics, trade, immigration and so forth to prosecute war.
Now that we’ve isolated this new atypical warfare, it’s easy to characterize Nuland as a very crass, but useful, soldier of Obama. Barnett, for better or worse, has given us the blueprint for what we now see as a new American strategy that’s upscale compares to the old Cold War strategic template. The relationship between the United States and the rest of the world we see today, it’s a direct result of this new warfare. I’ve not the time to elaborate, but I do recommend the reader investigate these concepts. As for Nuland, some group should have already demanded her resignation over past discrepancies. Not to have done so, is a signal to the administration their play is AOK.
